December 30th

Dusty: I am so excited to announce Dusty opened up to me! I came in and went to clean his litter box when behind me I heard meow meow I turn around and hes right behind me looking at me. I lowered my hand to pat him and he came right over and rubbed up against me meowing I was so excited!

Oscar: I found the elusive paper today it was way off to the side near a bush. I was right when I came this morning Oscars water bowl was empty he must not have drank all day yesterday and saved it for overnight. He was sweet as ever and I noticed his banana toy was moved so he must have been playing with it.

December 29th

Oscar: I couldn't find your paper today I will take another look tomorrow I think it may be off in the bush. Oscar was too funny today I did his litter box and he came in and observed giving directions in the form of meows. He didn't drink much so I'm expecting a empty bowl in the morning since he likes to do that. He loves following me around to get scratches he loves a scratch behind the ear.

December 27th

Oscar: Oscar was a sleepy boy today at both visits I woke him up. This morning he came down stairs groggy as can be and sat there meowing til I'd pet him. Then this evening I called for him and he came down and decided to munch on some food left in his bowl from this morning. He is so cute when he comes down the stairs I love his little waddle.

December 26th

Link: Link met me right at the door again today he was excited and wanted to play and run as soon as I came in. He ate great and played with his mouse for awhile with me then sat down for some scratches. Let me know what you want me to do with your key I can keep it in my lock box or return it.

Oscar: Oscar was very inquisitive today at both visits he came right to me and wanted scratches behind his ear. His dish was empty by morning and he was excited for food. He sat and watched me feed him then ran over to get a bite.

December 25th

Dusty: Dusty let me sit by him and didn't run I take that as a break through hopefully next time he comes out of his shell a bit more. Hope you guys had a great Christmas!

Link: Link was funny he met me right at the door I barely got in the door before he was meowing and getting up on his back feet to get a pat on the head. He ate really well and I gave him a few treats.

Oscar: This morning Oscar was waiting for me for his food the dish was empty and he came wobbling over to me to greet me. Every time I stopped patting him he meowing for more. Tonight he was being lazy kitty and sat and watched me and layed down to get a nice scratch.

Chloe: Thank you so much for the present you left I loved it! Chloe really loves that pouch food oh my did she go crazy for that and I think she downed it before I turned around haha. She was so excited to see me each visit. This morning she got out of her crate and went right to your bed she missed her mama so I gave her a little extra playtime and cuddles and she was happy as a clam.

December 24th

Dusty: Dusty hid again but he was half out he let me see his bum just no face yet. His litter box is finicky for me whenever I get there it's never working right and I have to scoop it so it starts.

Link: Link was talkative kitty today he followed me around chit chatting away. The house was 74 so still pretty warm so I didn't bother with the heater. He played with a little toy jumping all around today.

Chloe: Chloe is just too cute for her own good. She was so excited to see me but so mad when I left I felt bad leaving her she was having a ball. It took her about 5 minutes to pee for me she wanted to play play play. She even jumped on the table outside for pats.

Oscar: Oscar came to meet me this morning then sat on the steps to watch this evening. His food bowl has been still pretty full each day. I didn't bother with the box since there was really nothing in there. We just hung out and he got scratches and talked to me.

December 23rd

Dusty: Dusty was hiding again tonight, I think he lounges until he hears the door then hides on me. Everything is going well though, he's eating like a champ.

Link: The heater was on tonight I could of sworn I turned it off before I left maybe I didn't push it far enough over. Link was a talkative kitty again tonight. His box was pretty full he ate a bunch yesterday too. His water was almost out from yesterday crazy thirsty kitty.

Oscar: I brought the paper in for you tonight. His food dish was still pretty full so I only gave him a tiny bit more and filled his water bowl up. He was in your room lounging tonight.

December 22nd

Dusty: Dusty wasn't falling for me calling his nickname today. He sat behind the car peeking out at me when he thought I wasn't looking. His box was working well tonight.

Link: Link was too funny he kept pawing me to play til I got done cleaning his box and he wasn't patient he wanted to play now. I played with him for 15 minutes and he was perfectly happy. The house was warm so I didn't bother with the heater. He ate great for me and followed me all around.

December 21st

Dusty: Dusty's litter box was acting weird today it kept going on for no reason I tried sifting the litter and turning it on and off and I think it worked. He hid from me again today under the car. He ate pretty well today his bowls were almost empty.

Link: Link was a playful kitty tonight he batted a fluffy ball I found around with me he likes to play rough with his toys. He ate his treats for me tonight and his wet food. The house was cold so I turned it on while I was there again and turned it off before I left.

December 20th

Dusty: Dusty made a bit of an appearance today he peaked around the car at me and watched me change his litter then when I started talking to him he was off to hide again. All went well and he is looking good, it hasn't been too cold out yet for him either.

Link: The house was pretty chilly today so I turned the heat on and got it up to 71 and turned it back off. Link was playful today he kept nudging me especially when doing his litter box he wanted my full attention. He ate very well today and the treats I left yesterday were gone.

December 19th

Dusty: Dusty hid the whole time I was there tonight. His litter was running a little low so I filled that and topped off his bowl. I turned on the kitchen light and rotated the blinds for you.

Link: Link wanted something tonight but I just couldn't figure out what he played for a minute then was back to following me meowing. He ate his food but not his treats while I was there. I scooped the litter and again tried to play with him I'm wondering if he wants to play a different way?

December 18th

Dusty: Dusty was a little shocked when he seen me at the door, your advice of leaving the laundry room door closed worked really well for me because he ran in to the laundry room and right back out into the garage. His litter box was pretty full but I cleaned that out. His bowls were pretty empty so I filled those.

Link: Link was too cute he stood behind me while I was cleaning his litter box and kept nudging my hand like pat me don't clean the box. I kept your heat off it was a nice 71 in there. Link played with a couple of his toys with me and ate really well.

December 17th

Link: So your heater is acting up like you warned me about when I came in it was 94 degrees so I opened the patio door and let Link sit out there for awhile while the house cooled and turned your heater off. He didn't seem to fazed he was excited to get his wet food and hang out on the porch. He followed me around meowing and came in from the patio pretty easily, I think he was interested in what I was doing so he was watching me closely. All in all he was a happy kitty.

November 27th

Oscar: Oscar was great I woke him up when I came in he was upstairs sleeping and then met me at the stairs to watch what I was doing. He followed me around as I cleaned his litter and fed him then he went back to bedd after giving me a meow.

November 26th

Oscar: Oscar met me in the kitchen today he ate a bit while I was there then went off to lay down. Before I left I called for him and he actually came he is a really great cat he talks to you and comes when called he has a great personality. All is well with him and the house.

November 25tth

Oscar: Oscar met me in the kitchen near his empty food bowl I guess he was trying to tell me something. After I fed him he was off to play hide and seek he hid I was seeking and he won. I couldnt find a bag to scoop the litter so I left it for tomorrow and Ill bring one with me. All is good with him hope your having a great vacation.

Thanksgiving is upon us

As you know Thanksgiving is upon us. With all of the yummy food we're about to eat we may be tempted to give our furry friends a plate to celebrate with us. But according to one of the top pet health insurance companies in America that plate of rich food can cause a lot more than cheer and a full belly. The rate of pancreatitis in dogs goes up 78% in just the month of November. Other gastrointestinal issues goes up 27%. Pancreatitis is an extremely painful condition that can cause a painful distended abdomen, vomiting, loss of appetite, a hunched back and sometimes diarrhea. Pancreatitis can be caused by ingesting greasy high fat food as in table scraps or getting into the trash. Obese or overweight dogs seem to be at a higher risk. This disease can range from a one time mild incidence to a chronic disease that can increase in severity and can even cause death. So if you're celebrating this holiday season and don't want to leave your furry friends out of the festivities make sure they only get low fat, low calorie, vet approved treats. October 18th and 19th

Jaz- Jaz had a great bithday yesterday. He went for a long walk, played with toys and had a extra treat. Today he was great he played outside this evening and wore himself out then went and took a nap. Hes eating perfectly he gobbles his food up every morning.

October 17th

Jaz- Sorry I didnt blog yesterday mysite didnt want to post it. Jaz has been great hes eating really well and playing. His little friend left today so hes just been relaxing

October 15th

Jaz- Jaz played in the yard for awhile today he didnt want to come in he kept running back out. He ate awesome and had a really good day no accidents in the house and hes been in good spirts. He likes to chase my son around and jump they have turned it into a game of who can run faster, so far Jaz has him beat by a long shot. Tinsley Topper- Tinsley got mud on her belly from our walk the sprinklers were on so it was wet and she must have splashed it up. I brought her home and cleaned her up which by the way she hates me for and still wont even look at me, I think shes holding a grudge lol. But Topper has been great nothing much to report, he ate well along with Tinsley and had a blast running in and out of the door with the other dog.

October 14th

Jaz- Jaz got a little dirty today in the yard so I wiped him down and he went along on his way.He ate great as usual, his poops have been a bit runny from the wet food since he got here but no diarrhea. He has been sleeping well and in good spirits. Tinsley Topper- They both ate pretty well today neither was too interested in the morning meal I think they wanted to go play with the other dog but the night time feeding was great. They both played around the house and ran laps in the yard with me then took a nap for the afternoon.

October 13th

Jaz- Jaz has been good he ate really well today and demolished his treat today. He had a potty accident in the house today. I brought him out right after. Tinsley Topper- Topper had a howling phase today he just randomly started howling at nothing throughout the day I guess he just wanted to sing. Tinsley ate awesome today she ate every morsel of food. Topp ate awesome too.

October 12th

Jaz- Jaz has been following me all around the house today hes very interested in everything I do today. He ate like a champ this morning and took a big nap after. He played a bit this afternoon and then relaxed on his bed later on this evening. Tinsley Topper- Tinsley has boycotted my stairs since she got here I think its the feeling of the new carpet its slippery so I have her bed down stairs and shes content with that. She went up them once and decided nope its not for her so she ignores me when I call her. Topper has been Topper following me around and horse playing with the other boy dogs. They both ate really well this morning and Topp ate well tonight but Tinsley only nibbled.

October 11th

Jaz- Jaz played with the sprinkler today he got a bit wet but I toweled him off after, he had a blast though. He can really get the meat out of those treats quick he can wreck a rawhide in 5 minutes flat! He had a good day and ate well for me. Tinsley Topper- I swear they didnt even realized you left for about ten minutes then Tinsley figured it out and whined a bit nd Topper joined in with the famous Topper howl haha. But they calmed quickly and went off to explore. They havent seen the new carpet so they were interested in that. They ate well tonight and are now both sleeping.

October 10th

Jaz- Jaz has been great, he relaxed in the living room for the afternoon and followed me all around this evening. He played in the yard and played fetch around the house. Now he is sleeping soundly after eating his treat on hhis bed.

October 9th

Jaz- Jaz was great today we went for a walk around the block and he smelled all the new doggy scents. i washed his bed becuse my dog tracked a dirty stick from outside over it but it came out nice and clean and fresh. Grace- Grace was a hyper girl today she almost took my arm off with those claws this morning she was so happy to see me she jumped all over the place. I cleaned up the yard and put it in a bag by the back door. Shes been good for me I bet she will be happy to see you tomorrow!

October 8th

Jaz- I missed your friends call so I will call her back tomorrow. Jaz has been great he blends right in with us, its almost like hes been here before he knows our routine so well. He has been playing and running around all day so hes tuckered out tonight. Grace- %race still hates those eye drops hahahaa. I know you said she normally poos on the walk but she hasnt once for me. She waits then goes around the corner of your yard, maybe shes shy hahahaa. Her spirits have been high she wants to play all day and gives me sad eyes when I leave. But she has been great taking her meds and eating like a champ.

october 7th

jaz - has been really good hes played with us and my dog and we brought him on a walk where he peed on every bush we passed. He ate very well for me, he really loves his food. Grace- was great for me like I said earlier she ducks and bobs her head when those drops come out. She has been well behaved for me though. She gets so excited to see me then she wants to be patted and lick my hand. i havent seen any stress or anxiety symptoms from her just her happy self.

grace- grace has beem really good for me. she gets hyped up when I come in but she calms right down after i bring her out. she walked with me tonight and acted really well for me. she was not pleased with theeye drops that took some major bribery on my part she just was not having it but her stress level has been great. Jaz- Jaz relaxed right away and gets along great with my dog. he loved that treat you gave him oh my was that gone in a second. he hasn't been in his crate but i took his bed out for him. At the moment hes sleeping next to me and has followed me all around.

May 28th

Winston Buford Kona: Kona has really got a thing for my shoe laces as soon as I come in to let her out of her crate she attacks my feet. One of the boys had a accident in the house overnight I picked it up no problem. Kona and Winston seem to get along well she was licking his ears as he was drinking tonight it was too cute.

May 27th

Winston Buford Kona: Buford was playing with his zebra and was walking around with it in his mouth. Kona and the boys both ate really well. Kona had a accident in her crate so I cleaned it up and changed the bedding.

Kona is such a cutie pie! She followed me all around and was attacking my shoes when I walked. Winston really tries his hardest to get her food huh I had to distract him the whole time or he would hoover over her. They all ate really well tonight. Buford got a bunch of slobber all over me as a hello haha.

Trese Gypsey Wiley

All 3 barked like crazy as soon as I came through the door but settled down once they figured out they knew me. They all ate well Wiley was more interested in the smell of my pant leg but I coaxed him to eat. No problems at all with your gate to.

April 30th

Buford-Winston: Those puppies are just too cute!!!! The mamma is really sweet to she listened to me really well. The boys look like they are getting along well with her and the pups. They all were really lovey to me.

April 25th

Tinsley-Topper: Topper actually tried to pee on a bone Tinsleys had over the past couple days. I think it's because she hasn't left the side of the bone even though he has one to he wants hers. I quickly escorted him outside again before he could do it. Besides that they have been good. Topper ate more then Tinsley but both ate a decent portion of their meals.

April 24th

Tinsley-Topper: The pups have been great. The both ate really well today and had a ton of exercise. Tinsley was going to town on a bone today she really has a thing for those. Topper has been really energetic and wants to play nonstop.

Services in the month of May

We have been bombarded with calls for boarding and pet sitting in May unfortunately we have had to turn a lot of people away due to already being booked. Again I am truely sorry for any inconvenience this has brought you. We are very limited in the amount of boarding dogs we take as is and with this rush we have no room left. Please remember we only board small dogs under 30lbs when calling, we do accept all types of animals big or small for pet sitting in your home though. April 23rd

Tinsley-Topper: The monkeys have been quite and low key today mostly hanging around the living room or upstairs. They still don't know what to think of the new carpet upstairs every time they go on it they sniff around for the familiar scents trying to find them. Topper marked his territory on the wall but was quickly escorted to the yard where he finished.

April 22nd

Tinsley-Topper: Topper has only picked at his food he's not much interested in it I think he is more interested in the new cow toy that is in the house. He is so excited about it! Tinsley ate well at both meals the dinner was a little lighter but she ate a good amount.

April 21

Tinsley-Topper: Nothing to big happened today the day went by pretty uneventful. Both pups ate well at both meals and Tinsley did really well on her walk around the neighborhood. She refused to pee for me on the walk I swear she held it until we got back then she wanted to go out back.

April 20th

Tinsley-Topper: They have both been very vocal with me doing their howling and protesting about their grievances haha. Topper does most of the howling then Tinsley joins in. Topper has been following me all around I have about tripped over him 10 times today so he is being the attention hog today.

April 19th

Tinsley Topper: Tinsley was tired this morning she wasn't having getting out of bed for breakfast, so she barely ate in the morning but did eat a hardy dinner. Topper on the other hand is always ready and willing to follow me through the house.

April 18th

Tinsley-Topper: Topper has been bullied by Tinsley today. She is just not in the mood for anything and wont even look at anyone. You know those mood swings hahahaa. Other then that they have both ate well and played around.

April 17th

Tinsley-Topper: The pups have been good. They tracked through a bunch of dirt in my neighbors yard today while on their walk so I gave them both a good rub down to make sure they were clean.

April 16th

Tinsley-Topper: Tinsley was not pleased and didn't know if she was coming or going tonight. I gave her a bone and all was right in her world after that. She is finished with the bone now and fell asleep on it. Topper was just going with the flow of things tonight. As soon as you left and they figured out the back door was open Topper decided he was good. He's now curled up in his favorite spot in my room.

April 10th

Tinsley-Topper: Tinsley has been shedding a lot today and yesterday, it seems like it's coming out in tiny clumps it's very odd. I'm wondering if she is having a allergy to something. Other then that both dogs have been great for me as usual. Topper ate more then Tinsley today at both meals. Tinsley seems very calm this time around. She has been mellow and just laying around lounging. Topper has been pretty mellow also except for when he goes outside then he turns into a wild man.

April 9th

Tinsley Topper: the kids have been super good for me today. Neither has barked or got upset about anything. They both ate well and played around with Gizzy.

march 20th

Tinsley Topper: Topper was crazy about the yard today every time I yelled for him to go out he would come flying downstairs or around the corner. Tinsley was crazy about her food she gobbled it all up. They both are now sleeping soundly.

feb 23rd

Bonjing: Bonjing seems more at ease today. He was sleeping when I came both times today and actually ate a bunch of his food this evening. We had a great walk this morning he walked really well for me too.

Bonjing: I noticed the beeping is gone so maybe it was just a fluke. Bonjing was still very skeptical of the house he tried following me out the door when I was leaving. Tomorrow I'm gonna take him for a long walk to calm his nerves.

Feb 22nd

Bonjing: I got the battery out and Bonjing was very skeptical of it but calmed down after I sat with him and showed him it wont go off again. He ate a bit more tonight then he has lately which is great.

feb 20th

Bonjing: The smoke alarm in your house is beeping today it has a dead battery. It's the one right next to the stairs. Bonjing doesn't like it and keeps hiding from it. I think because it's so high pitched. I can't reach it to change the battery though. Let me know what you want to do.

feb 19th

Tinsley Topper: Tinsley has been still aggravated she is in a bit of a mood with me to she doesn't want to eat either she takes a bite then is done. Topper is tired he's crazy for the leaves that blow around.


Bonjing: Bonjing didn't eat as well as usual today either. So I tried the food you have to open with a can opener tonight let's hope he does better with that.

Feb 18th

Tinsley Topper: Tinsley has been upset with Topper today she snapped at him a couple times but nothing major. They both ate well today too.


Bonjing: Bonjing really loved walking to the park today and was so good on the leash. He didn't eat very well today though but he's high in spirits.

Feb 16th

Tinsley Topper: Toppers tired this evening he has been running around chasing the flying leaves all over the yard. Tinsley has been curious today she's been scoping out everything today.

feb 15th

Tinsley & Topper: Please bare with me I'm trying to do this on my phone. The pups have been great. When you dropped them off I was surprised to see Topper more upset then Tinsley which is rare with them normally it's the other way around. But all is calm now they are both lounging around the house.

Jan 15th

Tinsley-Topoper: They both ate really well at both meals today. Topper even looked for crumbs left over. Tinsley relaxed and played with a bone while Topper was a ball of energy.

Christal:I had to brush Christals fur out today she was started to get a bit matted from playing and running around. She did pretty well with it too. She ate like a champ today no problems at all.

Jan 14th

Christal: Christal played very well with the other pups today, she has taken a liking to the other female here.

Tinsley-Topper: Tinsley has been well behaved today. She stopped picking on the male pups and made her role known here. But as I spoke to you earlier everything has calmed down.

Jan 13th

Tinsley-Topper: Poor Topper can't get a break today Tinsley has decided that everything he looks at is HERS and that's final. She has taken over his bed, his treat, his bone, and even kicked him off the couch. Both of the pups are eating great today and have had a good day.

Christal: Christal has got along well with the other pups she likes to stay to her self and loves going out back and running around playing.

Jan 12

Tinsley-Topper: Tinsley has been miss grumpy today towards the other dogs, she has put them all in their place today. Topper has been trying to get near Tinsley I swear he has been trying to bug her today haha.

Christal: Christal has been eating amazingly. She really loved running round in the yard and got really excited about it today.

Jan 10th

Christal: Christal has been very well behaved today. She went potty for me really well and ate for me very well.

Tinsley-Topper: Tinsley has ate really well for me today. Topper didn't eat dinner well he was more interested in going and playing but he ate breakfast well.

Keepah-Shakespere-Kitties: Starbuck has been meeting me right at the table the last couple days and eating really well for me. Keepah tried to steal Shakesperes food this evening but I moved her along to her bowl.

Jan 9th

Christal: Christal has been very well behaved today. She really enjoyed her food today it was gone within seconds.

Keepah-Shakespere & kitties: One of the pups had an accident on the kitchen floor over night I cleaned it up so no worries. Starbuck meows at me each time I did the shot today like he was pleading with me.

Tinsley-Topper: Both the pups were very vocal today. They played around outside with me and a Frisbee after you dropped them off.

Jan 8th

Christal: Christal has been pretty mellow today. She went for a walk this evening then came home and ate her dinner really well. She took a long nap after and then played for a bit.

Keepah-Shaakespere & kitties: This morning Starbuck was playing with a limb off of your Christmas tree he ran off as soon as I came in. Keepah and Shakespere were very playful and met me at the door each visit. Apollo meets me in the laundry room to be fed then wants nothing more to do with me hahahaa.

January 7th

Christal: Christal has been perfectly behaved. She tells me when she wants to go out, hasn't had any accidents, she listens very well too. She has been having a good time playing around here.

Keepah-Shakespere & kitties: I swear Starbuck sees me and goes running, poor thing knows it's medicine time, but thankfully hes been running just to the middle of the stairs and stays there. Keepah has been her same self, she follows me around to be petted all through the visits.

January 6th

Christal: Christal calmed down very quickly. She ate then went out to potty and now she is sleeping in her bed.

Keepah-Shakespere & kitties: Both of the pups were really cute this afternoon after they came in from potty time they went straight to the pantry door and started hopping to get a treat. All of them ate well and Keepah took the purple pill well.
